[Resolved] HDFC Bank — not getting proper response from branch | |||
Dear all, I am not getting proper response from hdfc bank, palace road branch where i hold 13-14 saving and current accounts so i would like to close all my accounts and move to a better bank which can me more personalised and better service. There have been debit of imps charges in my current account where as most other banks are providing free imps transfers and i have never been informed by bank that now imps are going to be chargeable. Also there is literally no response when we call to bank branch. Kindly provide me process of closure of saving and current a/cs on priority basis. Was this information helpful? | |||
