[Resolved] HDFC Bank — not getting replacement card for my lost food plus card | |||
I'm really feeling frustrated with continuous follow up on this. I have lost my food plus card in August 2018 and my first mail started to your team through mail(FoodCardSupport.[protected]@hdfcbank.com) on 08/22/2018 with regard to this. It is more than 3 months since then, but still I haven't get my new card. More than 10 follow up emails have been sent to the above mail ID. XXX - My company name Kindly please arrange for new card ASAP, if not please arrange to return my cash balance of Rs. 672 which is blocked in my old card. If I don't get prompt response for this, I may go for legal precedence on this regard. Already updated my details on the below URL for card activation / detail correction / new card.
