[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Not helping to get loan account statement | |||||
I took one personal loan from HDFC bank in Aug 2014. I don't remember my loan account number, and without account number I would not be able to get the statement. I called HDFC customer care many times (since last week I am chasing them) and each time nobody knows how to furnish me with me loan account number or its statement. They are just passing the ball from one person to other, even I visited nearest branch also but again same result.
