[Resolved] HDFC Bank — not informing to customer | |||
Hello sir/madam, My name is ajay kumar balusu. My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company in feb 2016, so once i left the company and joined in other company in the month of dec 2016, i had to open another salary account in hdfc. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month of august. I had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking, recently in my new hdfc salary account they connected to old account with -8300 balance. And till now i didn’t get any messages regarding negative balances, recently i got one message that (Your hdfc bank account linked with adhar card). This message i got in december 2017. So that means till now they didn’t updated any details of mine, so now govt announced to update adhar details mandatory so they now linked by themselves.. Till now i didn’t get even one message or mail regarding the account converting to savings account and balance going into negative. My account no: [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
