Hi, My name is Dinesh Kumar and customer of your health policy from last two years.
I am not feeling well from last night and admitted in Orthoplus Hospital late night. I have my health insurance card with e meditek when I admitted in hospital they said that we are sending your case in TPA as per my card my TPA my TPA was e -mediket. When hospital sent mail they told me that your TPA changed from E -mediket to Paramount. I was shocked because of I already admitted and my treatment already started.
I have very bad experience with HDFC Life this time if you are changing any TPA atleast intimate the customer. Now I am in trouble how can I paid my medical bills.
