HDFC bank and istore representative, Bangalore failed to revert on cashback even after crossing 5 months. I'm registered consumer with the bank and used 6 months EMI options to procure iPhone and Macbook. My repeated attempt fai;led to get any breakthrough for last 2 months.No resolution is there till date and already 5th installment is paid.

Updated by Surajit.khan Just to keep you informed that, no one from HDFC bank was bothered to give a look and no call or update received from any one. Unable to understand why such cases are not addressed by seniors.
