[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Not received credit card. | |||
To whom so ever it may concern, I had applied for a hdfc bank credit card app ref no [protected]n1, later i got a text stating "dear applicant your hdfc bank credit card app ref no [protected]w3 is approved in principle subject to internal checks" I called the sales person and he said i’ll get my card within a week, i contacted the back email and got to hear that they will get back within a week, it's more than 18 days now. I checked the status of my application on their website it is showing noting. This is crazy, don't know what's going on. Nor the bank or the sales person is getting back to me.
