HDFC Bank — Not received credit card since one month

II have applied for Moneyback HDFC credit card on 11/6/2015 & submitted all documentation to your agent JaiGanesh ([protected]) and acknowledged from your bank through SMS on 13/6/2015 vide credit card applnCC22270715under refr[protected]. Till today I have not received Credit card eventhough several time enquiry to ur agent & Tool free no.
If Rejected my application atleast send information by sms.
