[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — not received fastag

Address:1/10,15th cross street venkateshwara Nagar,ramapuram,chennai, 600089

I have applied hdfc fastag on 20 nov, 2019. Three days later i received customer id and wallet id. But the fastag not issued. I contacted customer care and they said me that within 7 working days it will be delivered. But the fastag still not received. I tried to reach customer care multiple times but the toll free number either busy or no one attending. I need the fastag asap. Here's the application reference number : hfr413894.
