Hi.. I have taken consumer durable loan from hdfc 4 months ago.. U have said after 3 months i will recieve my cashback but i havent recieved till yet. My loan no is - [protected] and [protected] My name is dr ankush jain and registered mobile number is [protected]. I am regularly calling your customer care but there is no response Is this the way hdfc is giving promises to the customers and specially your customer care number [protected];its always busy;i have called thousands of times and wait for hours.
