HDFC Bank — not received my iphone xr cashback

I brought a iphone Xr on 1st of January 2020 at nagpur, Maharashtra At the time of purchase there is an HDFC cashback offer on all apple iphone products and I brought iphone Xr .So I haven't received my HDFC cashback, and it been more at 120 days, so could you please check on this and please let me know when can I get my cashback back.
