[Resolved] HDFC Bank — not receiving credit card statement | |||
I hold a regalia credit card ending with 3819 in the name of vikram kumbhare. Mobile number "70*2*3*9*0".in the 2 years that i have had this credit card, i have never received my credit card statement on my email id. It is extremely frustrating that something as simple as sending an automated credit card statement to a customer's email id doesn't work properly at one of india's largest private banks. I never know when my statement is generated and when the payment is due. This is a serious risk as i may miss my payment and default, affecting my credit score, for which i will hold hdfc responsible and drag hdfc to court. Was this information helpful? | |||
