[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Not receiving OTP for internet banking | |
I am having NRE account with HDFC bank. when I am trying to pay bills from other consumer websites through internet banking (HDFC bank), I am not receiving any OTP. this was happening from past 12 months and I have raised this concern to my home branch but there is no proper response (since they too don't the technical issue). Even emailed to customer support, there is no proper response even provided more info, they still asking some unrelated questions.
