[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — not receiving otp for transaction sms

Address: Surya Sravanthi apartment, flat no 204 , jubilee gardens road no 3 , kothaguda , near vasnoi Honda, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, 500084

I have not been receiving OTP and transaction SMS for the last 10 days. I have tried restarting my phone . I am able to receive regular SMS from people. Just HDFC SMS is not coming through. Please help with that. It's very difficult to get in touch with your customer service of HDFC.

What is the primary way to get in touch to speak to a human in HDFC . I am so done with the run around given by the IVR.

These are services that I pay for not being able to recieve my charge SMS is very dangerous to the security of my account. Any fraudulent activity will not be caught in time unless this service is active .I would like a solution to this problem as soon as possible.

Date and time of transaction 2. Type of transaction 3. Step by step screen shot of the transaction 4. Your registered mobile number. Mention this Ref No. TTU[protected] in the subject of your mail so it'll help us track your e-mail.

We have checked our logs and note that there are no OTP related transactions made during the said dates. You are requested to please try again and if the issue persists, let us know the date & approximate time of your transaction attempt, amount of transaction attempted, name of the merchant along with the step by step screen shot from the login page till the end to share with our IT Team. Also, in case you are also not receiving transaction alerts, do let us know the date and amount of the transaction for which alerts were not received. You can email us the above details at [protected]@hdfcbank.com so that we can check and assist you.
