HDFC Bank — Not receiving OTP in bank registered email address

I am trying to reset my net banking password but was unable to do so, as i am recieving OTP in SMS but not in email, no matter how many times i tried

tried hdfcbk.io/k/DUvfZvrLAj0 it's not accepting the reference number, generated ref number using https://leads.hdfcbank.com/applications/webforms/apply/HDFC_CustomerCenter/Customer_Center.aspx
reference number/docket number is[protected]
