[Resolved] HDFC Bank — not receiving otp on mail | |
I have been trying to reset my password but i am not receiving any otp on mail. Since i don't have a debit card i can't use any other method to reset my password. There were two options, either enter otp sent to mail and as sms to registered mobile number or enter otp sent as sms to registered mobile number and debit card details. Since i don't have a debit card i selected the option enter otp sent to registered mobile but i am not receiving any otp on mail even after so many tries. Was this information helpful? | |
