I am Pranam Pakhrin holder of acctt.no.[protected] and credit card no.[protected].
Firstly l received a call from your costomer agent namely Mr.Rahul Ganguly by through phone no.[protected] in connection of HDFC ergo Health Insurance.He convinced me the mentioned insurance the amount something the amount rs.12000/-which has given by bank as a beneficial and also convinced me that this amount will not debited from my saving account and credit card also.And also convinced me if any problem call the above no.So as according his convinced I agreed to do the mentioned insurance.But the amount has debited from my saving accounts and not refund at my accounts.
In which causes I have canceled 03 insurance which I have done at HDFC ergo Insurance through your costomer exucative and he told me the bank has accept my request and the invested amount will automatically refund to my saving account with in 02 december2016.
But till date the amount has not been refund at my saving account.
So it is request to refund my money as earliest otherwise I will forcely to closed my saving account and now I am present at Kolkata and will reach your branch office.please give mecompliance or feedback report as earliest through email or by telephone.
