HDFC Bank — not refunded from amazon

I have purchased two items from amazon. But due to small size I have returned it. Amazon refunded an ammount of Rs 1648.00 to my credit card no [protected] with amazon refund reference number 096718 on[protected]. but the same is not reflected in my credit card till now. already I have contacted to amazon customercare as well as hdfc credit card customer care but no solution found.
