[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Nwd deduction from account without any intimation

HDFC bank deducted Rs 3500 from my salary account without any intimation on date 5th November 2016. This charges are too many.. and that should be revert on my bank account. They should mention the details of that deduction and should send intimation email or They should call to consumer before this deduction. Even they did not sent any SMS of amount deduction

Updated by Hanumant Shegade I did reply on [protected]@hdfcbank.com but did not take action action form the HDFC bank support team. On 25th November they mentioned that they will be back in one working day but still date they didn't refund my money or not reply to me yet
