[Resolved] HDFC Bank — old food card amount to be transferred to new one

My old hdfc food plus card is not working and I have issued the new food plus card inwhich I want my older card balance to be transferred. i have called to customer care multiple times but it was not getting connected. then I connected to banking sections and notified the issue but still no response.

let me know if you are going to take care of this or I should go to some other level to get it resolved.

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We regret any inconvenience you may have faced. Request you to write to [protected]@hdfcbank.com with your old food number, new card number and the reference id TTU[protected]. A bank representative shall contact you as soon as we receive this information We would also like to caution you against posting sensitive information such as your Account number / Mobile number on a public forum.
