I have applied for credit card on 14th aug 2019 but recently have checked the credit card status as decline.
I am more than 3 years customer with hdfc bank and accepting positve response on this, branch staff not able to ans on this query

We loss my credit card we do not get my credit card number so we can anable to make payment of credit card the collection agency are not interested in since 2 months. I don't how much payment due and where the payment deposit.we are harassment since 2 months.
