[Resolved] HDFC Bank — One Assist MFEE | |||||
HDFC Bank are the one who directed me to ONE ASSIST but really this company is not taking any request and auto payment mode is activated in my credit card. When I asked for the HDFC Bank help they are not responsible. I din't expect this irresponsible behaviour from HDFC I'm using HDFC CREDIT CARD SINCE LAST 4 YEAR CARD NUMBER ENDING with 8**4.My account is activated with ONE ASSIST MFEE and charged Amount 1299 Rs with out my knowledge. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my Card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted in my credit card account. Also this is unfair that you cannot deduct the amount from the credit card without prior notice through call/message. And HDFC Bank also has to recheck this issue with the Auto Payment modes. This is the 2nd year I'm requesting again for the cancellation of this ONE ASSIST plan. Please kindly take a notice and CANCEL the plan and repay my amount Rs.1299 as soon as possible. So request you to please cancel this activation against my credit card, and refund my money also. My credit card statment also shows entry of rs 1899, As a matter of fact I discontinued one assist and told the customer care people the same thing. But I am concerned for my money. every such channel of online payment must ask before charging any amount from our credit cards. This is highly irresponsible. I will never suggest any one to take one assist services for sure. After reading this thread of complaint I am sure.

Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of Rs 1399 .

I am a quite old Hdfc account holder. I have two accounts in your bank and using the credit card as well. My husband also has his current and saving account in your bank. I have been charged 1899 rs for my assist mfee without my permission which I have paid. How can the bank charge the customer for any scheme without asking? I want the refund of the amount and requesting you to deactivate this scheme or policy, whatever you call it. I don’t need this scheme. Without my consent, Rs 1399 has been debited from my hdfc credit card ending 2387. This is very hurting to see such a reputed bank doing such things. Please without much delay please revert the amount.

I'm glad you have responded for my request.
But one of your OneAssist executive (via phone call) told me that I will get the refund of Rs.499 out of Rs.1299. And really this is unfair and availing OneAssist membership is clearly on my own opinion.
First of all deducting my Rs.1299 is purely illegal even I made request in the last year that if I din't respond to your message/call/mail please don't deduct any amount from my credit card. They are not doing it in a professional way and HDFC bank is encouraging these activities is the worst part.
