HDFC Bank — Opened HDFC Securities Demat account without my consent

Address:C/O Ashok Kumar, Chhoti Rukunpura, P.O.-B.V.College

They opened my demat account without my consent. I've complained a number of times but they don't answer mails. They have not closed it for last 1 year and now I get a bill of approx 900rs to pay my depository fees. I have no idea about these things and have not used it ever.
