Dear sir, It is to bring to your kind notice that we are having 6 savings accounts with your manton, behala branch, kolkata. Saving accounts Kamal kishore agarwal huf [protected]. Now a days it has become problematic to operate our accounts from your branch due to non cooperational and rude behaviour at your branch by lady senior officer. We donot understand if rtgs is illegal or unconstitutional. Every time we are adviced to come personally (Might to oblige someone) If same sort of approach continues, we will be forced to close our all accounts. Please look into the matter seriously and do the needful, If needed, this will be forwarded to higher officials for necessary action.
