[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Pathetic customer care | |||
Hi guys, it took overriding lot of humbleness and patience to come here and write this, i have been a old customer of hdfc credit cards for more than 3 yrs and my credits have must have gone in lacs of rs (all which were paid on time), a year back i lost my credit card and blocked it, i did get a replacement card, i tried multiple times to get it activated, through there sms service and all, now already have two other cards from other banks which i shifted to using full time after HDFC dint have the time to activate my card, seems they have too much buisness. The feeling of going through the whole process almost 13 calls to customer care each of which gave me a different story and response. I tried registering a complaint never got an acknowledgement about the complaint. Its like i have to go through hoards of government offices with so much ignorance ..
