I have opened a family salary account, welcome kit sent to home address, didnt recieve it and went back to its head office, they sent it to branch and asked us to go and collect it; the address on the account is having typo's explains why I have not recieved; cust id is not recieved, by the time I got welcome kit to me atm pin expired; net banking pwd in the kit is not working; cannot regenerate as there is no atm pin; called customer service and they say pay 50 rs to regenerate the atm pin;
I asked why should I pay, I'm not at fault its your mistake; cust service response is simple If I request I have to pay 50; other wise go to branch and talk; asked them to connect to their manager or TL; no sir not possible and they didnt connected me; no answer; and when I asked same question, they say understand it is our mistake but they cannot generate; cut the phone on me :( Was this information helpful? |
