1. it's been more than 2 months since I am trying to approach HDFC's pathetic customer service for restoring my credit card. I have got multiple confirmations that limit is restored. But it hasn't been done yet. This service is so pathetic that they keep me waiting for 30 mins for every call I make to raise this complaint. I have blocked and deregistered my card because of all this drama from HDFC. I need this to go to the highest escalation point. 2. change my RM right away. 3.
