[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — payment and mail/sms issue

Hi i have been using hdfc credit card from past 8-10 years, but for the last two months your service is worst or i can call it third rated. Last month i have paid my due amount in time, but still you ppl have put a fine of 450 rs saying late fee fine and even this month ive paid my due amount already that is before due date, but still i haven't got any message from this hopeless hdfc customer service, but they have time to send all the # messages like you are eligible for loan and all. You can check my card track record from the day one you will get to know how honest ive been and doing these sort of things for a customer like me it hurts a lot please cancel my card asap. No use o[censored]sing this hdfc credit card whose customer service is so worse that they can't even send a message for paid amount. Hopeless service.

HI Anay, I have never had a bad experience with HDFC credit card customer service till now, but from past two months your service has become worst if you want you can check my statements. Even for this month I haven't got any message regarding the paid amount. My due date for payment is 24th of this month, but I have paid the amount one week back only, but still I haven't got any message regarding the payment, before I used to get message immediately after paying the amount. Why you people are doing these sort of things I don't know and for your mistakes and irresponsibility I have to pay the price of 450 rupees as late payment fees (that to after paying the due amount within the due date) and it also effects my credit score. Hope you understand and do the needful. My last four digits of card is 1562 and my phone no. is [protected] (please call me during evening hours).

The major minus and worst point with HDFC bank is, it is difficult for the customer to reach the customer care easily. Whenever I tried reaching them it takes too much of time to get connected and also at times the calls are getting disconnected too. Seriously it is very difficult to reach the HDFC customer care, its high time, they have to work on that and should try to provide a better customer service. Saturday and Sunday I tried umpteen times to HDFC customer service, but I was not able to connect only, it was really a very horrible experience.
