[Resolved] HDFC Bank — payment and mail/sms issue | |||
Hi i have been using hdfc credit card from past 8-10 years, but for the last two months your service is worst or i can call it third rated. Last month i have paid my due amount in time, but still you ppl have put a fine of 450 rs saying late fee fine and even this month ive paid my due amount already that is before due date, but still i haven't got any message from this hopeless hdfc customer service, but they have time to send all the # messages like you are eligible for loan and all. You can check my card track record from the day one you will get to know how honest ive been and doing these sort of things for a customer like me it hurts a lot please cancel my card asap. No use o[censored]sing this hdfc credit card whose customer service is so worse that they can't even send a message for paid amount. Hopeless service. Was this information helpful? | |||
