[Resolved] HDFC Bank — payment | |||
Hi I have settlement letter valid till july 2019 and i paid 1 installment and ready pay to remaining however my savings account has been put on hold impacting other ecs without intimation The reason behind holding payment of settlement letter would be two things 1) hdfc collection guys keep harrasing my neigbhours friends, office collegues indicating i am upscond without paying anything. However i am keep intact with hdfc guys and paid the first emi as well 2) hdfc collection department promised there wont be any oustanding as the settlemet leet has been issued however i could see my card balance was increasing As i have premium banking with hdfc for more than 10 years and without intimation keeping the account hold will not be good from bank perspective. I am keep getting different numbers on whatspp asking for minimum due's when i have made settlemet letter. I am ready to close this in one installment and looking forward to have fair support on this one.
