[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Payment issue | |||
I am using HDFC credit card, in the month of March i paid CESC bill & also purchase something. My total used amount was Rs. 4762.14. Then after i deposit rs. 4770.00 on 07/04/17, which is higher than my purchased amount. But now i am looking that additional of my purchased you charged rs 100 for Branch cash dept & rs 15 for some additional service charge. Apart from my payment now system is showing to pay $107.14 additional charges. It mean i will have to pay again additional rs 100.00 apart from my remaining balance to clear my due amount, because you are charging rs 100.00 for cash deposit. Really frustrating. i have already paid some extra amount. in total rs 200 extra i am paying to your bank. When you bank offer me for the card, they told me that i will get cash back on purchasing or payment of CESC or LIC. But here i am paying extra amount to you. Your customer care or Bank must have to inform the customer about the hidden charges. I will clear all my due, but from today i will not use your credit card for any kind of purchase.
