[Resolved] HDFC Bank — payment not received | |||||
I tried to withdraw an amount of rs.500/- in december, 2017 from debit card from noida sec-144 oxygen campus from city bank atm, but i haven't received the money, but got a message about deduction of rs. 500/- from my account. I checked with hdfc customer care, and told them my issue, and after checking, they said the amount would be refunded with 15 days. When consulted after 15 days, they said the issue is still in process. I have checked with them multiple times, but they told it may take 10-15 days and is in process.
