[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Payment related | |||||
I am writing this with such angry and harassment faced by hdfc collection team. I have been writing to the hdfc bank too and called them stating that there has been some crisis in the family due to which the payment was pending and i told them it will be made fully next month. I also got a call from the complain team when i escalated this but today again i am receiving calls and as an emergency have given my mother contact who is not a resident of delhi, they call her i do not know why. Now i have decided that i will not make them a single payment and will not answer any call. I do not have money for them and will deactivate all the accounts. If i receive another call to my mother contact i swear i will do something bad. Was this information helpful? | |||||
