[Resolved] HDFC Bank — payment return fee charges

I made payment of my credit card of april month on 02.05.2019. To over come this type of charges i made payment on 02.05.2019, but system is not check any thing that no any outstanding amount of my account and debited rs.450 + 18% gst (81). To me.
Customer id:64294006.
I want to get refund of this amount due to i have already made payment but due to system have not check any outstanding or not, and debited this charges.

Please resolve issue asap.

Hi, we observe that we had attempted to claim the total amount due from your savings account and the same was returned due to insufficient funds. As you may be aware, any payment returned would attract a payment return charge. In view of the same, the autopay return fee has been levied. We request you to maintain sufficient balance in your bank account henceforth to enable us to carry out your instruction effectively and to avoid levy of autopay return charges on your card account.
