HDFC Bank — Payment wrong transfer to wrong account

Address:ROHTAK MODEL TOWN

This is to inform you that from my account one transaction was wrongly transferred to another person account through BHIM UPI and at the same time I will put the complaint in SBI but still 3 month pass and I have not received any reply from SBI .

My account details are as follows .

Branch -New railway road, Gurgaon.122001
Transaction ID[protected]
Transaction date-20th FEB2022
Amount -11500/-

Beneficiary account details as below.

Account Number [protected]
Name-Kapil
Branch rohtak model town.

Note:- we are already complaining about the issue in both banks but nobody is replying .

Kindly take the matter to banks, resolve the issue asap and refund the amount as soon as possible.
