[Resolved] Hdfc Bank — payzapp amount deducted from card but not added to payzapp wallet

Hi team,

Please look into below issue.

I have loaded 10000 rs into my account from my card and have seen the failure message after this. I see that the amount is debitted from my card but is not reflecting on the payzapp balance and also could not see the update in the recent transactions.I had a call with CC team and told the transaction got approved by Payzap and given the reference number.

I need my money to be loaded on payzapp or should be refunded to my credit card.

Also, we see that the load money transactions initiated on 19-Jun-2019 15:11:08 of Rs.10000/- and on 19-Jun-2019 at 15:11:40 of Rs.9500/- through source card 5523 xxxx xxxx 2425 and on 19-Jun-2019 at 15:18:10 of Rs.10000/- through source card 4207 xxxx xxxx 8040 are successfully added to your PayZapp wallet and the same amount has been utilized for further transactions. Hi Team,

I called Indus Bank CC call-center and they are ready to refund the money when the transaction is not approved.However my transaction is approved and they have provided the Sort Code-852839.Could you please unapproved my transaction then only they are ready to refund.Please check above sort code(852839) in your systems and unapprove.

Please do needful.
