HDFC Bank Payzapp — amount not credited to payzapp wallet

This is krishna, my payzapp account mobile no: [protected].
On august 8th i tried to add an amount of 5000 to my payzapp wallet with credit card.

Amount is debited from my credit card. But not credited in my payzapp wallet.

Please check my transactions once.

Customer care is not responding, and toll free number is always busy.

I already sent a mail to support of payzapp still no respose.

Hi Pay Zapp Customer Care,

I am Transfer the Amount 505 rupees at[protected]. The Amount is debited in my Account but not loaded in my pat zapp wallet. Please Refund the Amount Quickly.

I sent 3000 to payzapp from my credit card on Feb 08 2018.
Money debited from card but not added in Payzapp Wallet.
Kindly refund the amount.

I has initated wallet load of money 517 rs from my payzapp wallet on 22 oct 2019 12:30 pm but it was failed transaction but amount was debited from my credit card please help me, [protected]
