[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — payzapp amount of 5000 deducted

I added 5000 rupees to my payzapp wallet, when the amount was being transferred to bank account. It showed like amount exceeded error. But amount got debited from my payzapp wallet.
Its been more dhan 13 days. Still money has not been refunded.
I have dropped mail but theres is no response.
