HDFC Bank — payzapp | |||||
My transaction for rs.10, 000/- but the amount was debited from my bank account. As per their timelines and policy i waited for 5 business days and contacted my bank for a charge back. The bank asked me for a reference number. For that i have been endlessly calling payzapp on their tollfree number and have dropped them 10+ emails. Their toll free number is busy 24/7 and the e-mail i sent haven't been replied to. Am worried as the amount is high and am late on rent due to this stupid customer service from them. I want my money back right away. I've already provided a feedback on their web-site link as well but they're so thick skinned that they don't even care to respond. I tried adding money to payzapp wallet and I got a confirmation also that my amount has been deducted and loaded to wallet but my wallet is showing no balance. I tried reaching out customer care many times but they didn't responded. This is very poor and ridiculous behaviours of your. I need my issue resolve at earliest.
My account has been debited with approx 855 r in regards of depository charges, i don't understand why this has been deducted. Please return my amount.
