I added money in payzapp wallet thru hdfc credit card rs 4500. I want to transfor that money to another account but it showing update kyc. I updated my kyc and again its showing "update kyc".. Even customer care also not responding. Please solve this problem. This type of issues leads to inconvinience so please make sure customer satisfaction. I widrawl Rs2000 from HDFC ATM sector 26Noida Branch, using my SBI ATM, one Rs 2000 faulted note retrieved from it. Please let me know you are going to compensate it.
