HDFC Bank Payzapp — failed transaction not refunded and support not reachable

I have a failed transaction with txn id:[protected]vh87yo1 and i have not received a refund yet.
All the support channels have also been irresponsive.

Some feedback:
Please kindly make sure that at least there should be a channel to register complaints about payzapp transactions with an issue of a reference id so that the users can be sure that the issue will be addressed and can be tracked.

The phone number is always busy, email, social media is not responsive. How can this instill trust?

Load Money Worth Rs19999 through credit card on 1Sept 2017 for mobile no [protected], but it failed saying app error but money has been charged with my credit card. there is no response from customer care..it is never reacheble. No response for mails either. i want to know the status of my refund
