Im payzapp user before 7 days i have loaded 10000 rs in my payzapp wallet after that unfortunately my payzapp card was blocked. I have contact in payzapp team they are saying you you need to send current bank statements of my credit card which through i have loaded amount.
Then i have sent him my statement of till 17 dec in the pdf form.
Then they are saying you payzapp card will be unblocked on 29 dec and you use your money.
But today i m going login in my payzapp id but it is not expected my user id and my password.
Now i have contact in payzapp team they are saying your complaint has been closed.
So guyzz i think it is fraud kindly help me

Plz help me and refund me amount immediately otherwise i will take legal action on payzapp.

Now they are not picking my call every time they are saying you will get the call from our senior department but still i m waiting the call there is no any management for handling that kind of problem. Such a big bank Hdfc is doing such kind of activities

I want my money back rgt now plzzz help me i think PayZapp is fraud.
