[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — payzapp not refund my money

My phone number - [protected]. I have done a 5000/- transaction on 4th september 2017 to my credit card account (Card no-[protected], money got detected from my payzapp wallet but the amount was not credited to credit card account and still not refunded, the customer care is worst they are not responding properly, what kind of services are you providing and plz refund my amount back right i need that money its very urgent... Plz

We would like to inform you that the Bank account transfer of an amount of Rs.5000/- initiated, on Date 04/09/2017 has failed due to technical error from the bank's end and the same has been credited to your PayZapp wallet on[protected]. The refunded amount was utilized for further transactions.
