HDFC Bank Payzapp — PayZapp Bank transfer checks only A/C number but not Name and IFSC code!

Hello,

I have made a bank transfer from PayZapp to my ICICI Bank on 21 June 2017 for 5000/-. But I entered one digit wrong

(instead of[protected] I entered[protected] and I got a message that transaction has been failed. But PayZapp team

said that the amount went to some other person even though the IFSC code and the Name doesn't match. So PayZapp just

checks Account number and does transfer???

My Account number and IFSC Code is[protected] & ICIC0001317.
The A/C I entered wrong is[protected] but its actual IFSC code is ICIC0000281.

PayZapp gave me these details on email communication.

Bank transaction Id[protected]
Bank Account Number[protected]
Bank IFSC Code-ICIC0001317

As per the attachment the transaction is failed as the Name and the IFSC code does not match correctly with the account

number. It is responsibility of PayZapp to reject the transaction and credit back the money to wallet. Please reply to

this particular scenario to me. Bank transaction ID is not a big deal to share but it is an error from PayZapp end. So,

please rectify the error and credit the money back to PayZapp wallet.

I tried calling PayZapp team many times but nobody is responding properly. They say that transaction is successful and

they cannot do anything. Even though I shared the failed screenshot they are not at all answering to that.

Please resolve my issue.

I haven't got my money back yet and there was no assurance given too. Why don't the HDFC Bank Customer Assistance explain in detail the details of what they have reverted back to me? This information would be helpful with regards to your action on the issue.

There is still no resolution of my issue. Kindly request the HDFC Bank to take priority!
I have Transfer money from payzapp to my axis bank account. but mistakenly that mentioned account number and IFSC code was wrong. that's both account number & IFSC code are unintended. I know that IFSC code not matching with any other bank. same time amount debited from payzapp wallet and it's shows success .

Payzapp no. [protected], Transaction date 15-09-17, amount : Rs 5000

Please look into this problem and rectify

This is with regard to the previous mail which is have dropped you on 19th December 2017. The Beneficiary bank (ICICI Bank) needs my bank, HDFC Bank (PAYZAPP) to cooperate and provide sufficient support for the easy and safe recovery of my fund of Rupees 3000.

This is so ridiculous that when the beneficiary bank (ICICI Bank) is ready to support where in HDFC bank (PAYZAPP) is lease bother not cooperating with me.
