HDFC Bank Payzapp — transaction failure money not get back its already sixth day through payzapp | |||
I am sreekanthreddy. I send 5000rs from hdfc payzapp to my hdfc account on 23 october 2017 but the transaction is failed and i was asked to customer care they said after 5 working you will get your amount but it sixth day but i wasnot get amount back. Know i'm calling to payzapp customer care it is busy busy. So i want my money back. So pls take it as complaint and do need full. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have made transaction from standared chart bank to payzapp wallet on 29/10/2017 at around 8:25AM the amount has been deducted from the bank side but i didn't get till now we are unable to reach the customer nuber also which they have given ([protected], [protected]).
