[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — payzapp transaction refund

I have transferred rs.5000 from my personal savings account to my payzapp account but the transaction got failed. But the money was debited from my bank account. I have raised a complaint mail to payzapp immediately but i received only a system generated mail. It is 9 days since this happened i'm yet to receive refund or any proper reply from hdfc..

The amount was deducted from my account but not showing in payzapp,
kindly resolve this issue ASAP because my 9600 RS got stuck in your this app issue
Rs. 826 has been debited from my salary account without any prior intimation. HDFC bank did not tell about this charges while opening Demat account and really they are looting from customer.

I want my money back to my account.
As I have very bad experience in HDFC kothrud branch 0149 . I want close my saving account & Demat account. Non cooperative nature & not accept the account closing form . Lot's of extra charge is add to account.Very pathetic way to close account & unwanted charge is applied.
We have a HDFC swipe machine in our restaurant. The same machine has been stopped due to non availability of GST number. We are continuously following up the same with Mr. Sudhir Kare from HDFC. We are not getting response from him. We are facing a lot of problem due to this.
I would request the seniors to please look into the matter and oblige
My hdfc credit card got expired. What is the procedure to get a new card?
My transaction id is :[protected]VD47hB6. I trnasfered 5000 money from app to bank. but its failed. i didn't get money to myapp and its not transfered to my account. how my money will come to my account. its urgent to me.
