[Resolved] HDFC Bank — payzapp withdrawal failure | |||||
When i try to transfer my wallet money to bank account, the transaction got failed and money debited from wallet which is happend on 03-nov-2017. I have sent an email on the same day and made a call to customer care, they saying that money will be refunded back to wallet in 5 days. But its been 10 days now and i did not get any response. Every time i call to customer care, it never connects and no response to emails. I don't know, how i can take this to hdfc bank higher officials. Was this information helpful? | |||||
