[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Personal loan | |||
I applied a Personal loan through HDFC Bank agents they collect all the documents from me, at the time of collecting the documents they told me interest rate is 14% and tenure 36 months and 1% processing fee. They sanctioned amount 3.35L but credited in my account 3.2L. I don't know what about that difference amount and They sanctioned the amount with interest rate of 18% and tenure 48months with out my intimation. i didn't receive a Confirmation E-mail or Phone call. So what can i do now Could you please suggest me how can i approach against of HDFC bank Agents. Was this information helpful? | |||
