[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Personal loan | |||
Hi sir/madam, I applied personal in hdfc bank ltd. I requested for 4lakhs but they have credited 4.80laksh. When i tried to contact to the person who approached me and collected the documents did not pick the call afterwards. I tried to raising the complaint. Customer care rep gave me one branch manger number and asked me to contact to him. I informed the issue to him. He told will get back to you after 3 hours. I called him after 3 hours but no response. I raised this to customer care. They told that it's been 3 months we can't do anything. After 3rd month they told my ecs form got rejected. I have to pay charges. I paid it and asked for alternative way as i moved to other state. They said i have to submit my ecs in hyderabad. I asked for offline payment they said it's not possible. A person from loan dept. Arguing with me that it's my mistake. I am wondering how the bank services can use such a word like mistake and all. I requested for balance transfer the person told there is no such a option in hdfc bank. When i referred site it's available. I don't have any docs to submit as everything is on the phone call.
