Someone has contacted me, however, he said he will discuss the same with the seniors and get back to me, post that no contact, however, today, I have got a call from someone claiming that the collection agent has denied about sharing any such information which is another lie from agent. He not only shared the detail with the neighbor, but with my wife also. As per bank policies, details cannot be shared with anyone regardless of the relationship. Looking for a satisfactory resolution for the issue, else, I have informed my intention to take this matter to legal for further action against the agency and bank for such sever issue.
