[Resolved] HDFC Bank — personal loan | |||
I have taken a personal loan from this bank and has been making the emi through ecs. I missed one of the emi as i was out of town. The executive called me to ask about the payment and i explained him that i am out of town and i have the money in my account where the ecs gets deducted. I also told him that the bank is far hence i cannot visit the bank to make the payment. If the payment is to be made in the urgent basis, then i asked him to send somebody to collect the cash from me. He told that nobody can come and also told that he will get back to me on this. Next time he called me and started to talk rudely asking for the payment. I clearly told him that i am still out of town. He started to say that i don't know all that i am concerned with the payment and not with you. I have the money and ready to pay the emi. I don't accept this kind of behaviour to a women. I give them so many options and they again come with the same question saying how will you pay??? This incident happened with me today in the morning. I don't know his name.
